ALL STAR: NEW MEMBER CAMP MEETING
If you are new to All Star, we ask that one parent comes to attend our camp meeting to give you an overview of how camp will work. Athletes will not be allowed to attend the meeting as we want things to be a surprise for them! They will be allowed to wait in the observation room during this time if necessary.

ALL STAR: CAMP DETAILS
Camp is quickly approaching, and we want everyone to be prepared!
Volunteers:
Thank you to everyone that applied to volunteer! We had a lot of interest! We sent out emails today (6/5) but if you applied and haven’t received anything, please let us know by emailing directors@excitegym.com.
Packing List:
Final packing list will be posted next week but there are some items that you may need to jump on getting!
1. This campsite has a dress code that we must follow. Athletes cannot wear spandex style shorts and swimsuits cannot show midsection or be too revealing (1 piece or tankini that fully covers is required).
2. Twin Bed sheets and/or sleeping bag with pillow are required for ALL campers. This campsite does not provide any linens, and everyone will be in a cabin.
Food/ Meals:
Below is what campers will be having for each meal. This campsite does not do specialty meals for any reason, including allergies. If you have an allergy to any of the meals below, you will need to provide a safe meal for them to have in replacement of that. THIS IS ONLY FOR FOOD ALERGIES! It should be labeled with the athlete’s name, which meal it is replacing, AND that information should be emailed to directors@excitegym.com to document. Please send this email by 6/15! We are only provided with a small fridge and microwave to cook these meals so keep that in mind when packing replacements and keep to food allergy necessities only.
Please keep any receipts for food items you need to pack as replacements to turn in.

We will have specialty clinics, camps and special team member options throughout the summer! Keep an eye here and on our ETimes for all of these great options!
ALL TEAMS: UNIFORM SIZING
If you missed your uniform sizing time, please email into proshop@excitegym.com to arrange another time to come in.
1. WHAT TO WEAR
*All athletes, regardless of age, must have a sports bra on underneath their practice wear clothing.*
ALL ATHLETES: RED/ BLACK OR WHTIE SHIRT (EXCITE! PREFERRED), SHORTS, HAIR BOW AND CHEER SHOES.
Once practice wear items for this season come in, we will switch to assigned shirts for practices. These should be in before Camp or In-House camp!
2. IMPORTANT DATES
-June 18th-24th: No Team Practices due to coaches travelling for All Star Camp. All classes will still be running.
-June 20th-23rd, 2025: All Star Camp *MANDATORY* (posted 8.22.24)
-June 28th-July 6th: Gym Closed. No Practices of classes.
-June 30th: Uniform Billing
-July: Competition Schedule posted on the hotline! During this month we will decide our competition schedule for the year. You will need to block off the full day of any competition date listed.
-July 14th-20th, 2025: All Star Choreography *MANDATORY* (posted 9.12.24)
-July 30th-August 1st: In House Camp and Choreography! *MANDATORY* Athletes will come in for a choreography session (Time TBD) and a Fun Day of team bonding and games (Time TBD). Please keep all 4 days open!
-August 29th-September 1st: Gym Closed. No practice or classes.
-October 19th: Excite! Expo! This is our showoff to kick off our competition season. *MANDATORY*
-October 31st: Gym Closed. No practice or classes.
-November 23rd-29th: Gym Closed. No practice or classes.
-November 28th: Banquet Billing
-November 30th: *MANDATORY* Return practice for All Star. $100 fine and alternate status if missed.
-December 21st-January 3rd. Gym Closed. No practice or classes.
-January 4th: *MANDATORY* Return practice for All Star. $100 fine and alternate status if missed.
-February 23rd-March 1st: No Novice or Prep Team Practices due to NCA Nationals. Classes will still be running.
-February 27th-March 1st: NCA Nationals in Houston, TX for Premier Prep and All Star. Teams will have additional practices the week before leading up to this event.
-March 14th-March 20th: Gym Closed. No practice or classes.
