NOVICE: BANQUET

Banquet Info:

-Date- March 6th, 2026

-Time- 6pm-8pm *check in will begin at 5:45pm*

-Location- Courtyard Marriott at the Riverwalk. 4330 Courtyard Way, Flower Mound, TX.

ALL STAR: PRACTICE TIME ADJUSTMENTS!

With HS tryouts coming up, we adjusted some practice times. We also hope this gives us some more program and fun vibes heading into Nashville! March 9th and 11th: Dynamite, Secret, Wrath and Smack will practice together 7-8:30pm. No tumble or flyer. March 22nd: Regular practice time (Secret will be 12:30-2pm for rest of season). March 23rd: Dynamite, Secret, Wrath and Smack will practice together 5-6:30pm. March 25th: Regular practice times- no tumble or flyer.

PREP/ PREMIER PREP AND ALL STAR: BANQUET 4/19

-Where: Circle R Ranch

-When: April 19th from 6-9pm

-Tickets: Everyone has already been billed for their athlete ticket and one parent ticket. -Awards/ Photos: March 6th is the last day to submit grades for Smarty pants and to turn photos in. Smarty pants gets emailed to alisonh@excitegym.com and photos need to be added to your team band in the banquet album.

ALL TEAMS: SMALL GROUP CLASSES

We put out a while back of offering some Small Group classes and have plenty of options available! These classes are either 45 minutes with 4 members, or you can do 30 minutes with 3 members. You can find friends or just get enrolled! Each class will show as a waitlist so we can evaluate those in the class before starting to ensure it will best benefit those involved. This is great heading into tryouts to get some extra work with a lower ratio class!! **WE ARE OFFERING FOR TEAM MEMBERS TO ENROLL AT A REGULAR CLASS RATE!!!**

ALL STAR: FUNDRAISER OPPORTUNITY!

We will be doing a Spirit Night with FroYo Joe’s on March 10th! We will follow the same process as we did for Awesome Times to receive credit. Email a receipt to mgmtteam@excitegym.com – this can be a purchase from you or someone else that went to support you. Following the event, we will split the money back to those that wrote in to go towards your travel fees!

Team Parents will be asking for your travel information. Please get this to them quickly so they do not have to track you down!

We already have performance times for this event! They may slightly change but we wanted to go ahead and share so you can accurately plan your activities- no activities permitted before competing! These are just performance times; we will likely meet at least 2 hours before the time listed. Plan to be present for most if not all Excite! Teams!

*Reminder that all athletes, regardless of age, must wear sports bras underneath clothing. All shirts must be this year’s given practice wear to receive credit for gold stars and smiley awards*

*Bows and cheer shoes must be worn to all practices!*

4. IMPORTANT DATES

-March 6th: Novice Banquet 6pm-8pm at Courtyard Marriott

-March 14th and 15th competition: Only Wrath will be attending this event. If Wrath’s receives a bid before this date, we will remove it however, we wanted to have us plan ahead just in case

-March 14th-March 20th: Gym Closed. No practice or classes.

-March 22nd: *MANDATORY* return practice for All Star and Premier Prep!

-March 26th: No Novice, Prep or Premier Prep practices due to coaches travelling. Secret must be in Nashville by 9pm.

-March 27th: Dynamite, Wrath and Smack must be in Nashville by 9pm.

-March 27th and 29th: COMPETITION: Travel competition to Nashville for All Star teams! See detailed competition schedule in attachments section for mandatory travel requirements.

-March 29th: No premier prep practices due to coaches travelling.

-March 30th: No All Star practices- travel home day.

-April 11th and 12th: COMPETITION: Premier Prep and TBD for All Star. Extra practices and show off leading to event TBD.

-April 19th: Prep, Premier Prep and All Star Banquet 6pm-9pm at Circle R Ranch

-April 20th: Secret Summit Show Off- Time TBD

-April 22nd: Secret must be in Tampa by 3pm.

-April 23rd -24th: YOUTH SUMMIT in Tampa, FL. Bid required to attend. Secret only. Extra practices and show off leading to event TBD.
