ALL TEAMS: EXTRA PRACTICE ON SATURDAY 10/24
This was posted on the hotline over a month ago but want to be sure we don’t forget! What to wear in what to wear section.
- Inspire, Premier Prep and Elite 9am-10am *Elite athletes may be released slightly late to help with Gymnastics Expo Set up*
-Novice and Prep 10am-11am
ALL TEAMS: EXCITE EXPO OCTOBER 25TH!
-Volunteers: THANK YOU ALL FOR VOLUNTEERING! We will be meeting at 9am at MHS for set up on Sunday morning. Wear work out gear and bring gloves as we will be doing some lifting. We will give you all your free ticket that morning when you arrive.
-Tickets: Pre-ordered tickets will be passed out to your athlete during practices. Any left over tickets will be able to be picked up from Will Call. If you do not have a ticket, you will purchase that at the door on Sunday. -Flowers: You will be able to pick up your pre-ordered flowers on Sunday. If you did not pre-order, we will have some extra available but will be sold on first come first serve basis.

ELITE TEAMS: PRACTICE SCHEDULE
We are going to continue with Mondays schedule as they have been this month. This time will be spent working on tumbling and/or routine. The 1 to 2 Mondays before competitions will be routine focused and then we will go back to tumble focus in between comps. We are actively looking into options to get an Elite flyer class back in place! For now, those athletes can continue to come to the flyer class on Tuesdays for free- just be sure you email in before attending!
-Mondays: Lady Ex 6-7:30pm/ Gossip 7pm-8:30pm
-Wednesdays: Both teams 6:30pm-8:30pm
-Sundays: Both teams 12pm-2pm
PREMIER PREP: EXTRA PRACTICES
The week of a competition or event, we will start to practice both Tuesdays and Thursdays leading up. This will be at the same times as your Summer scheduled. Crush Tue/Th 6pm7-:30pm. Reckless Tue/Th 7:15pm-8:45pm. Below are the weeks that teams will come both days- get them on your calendar now!

ALL TEAMS MINUS DAZZLE: NTGU COMP TICKETS
This event will allow us to sell tickets beforehand! This year they are only giving one discounted wristband per athlete. To keep things fair, we will be charging each family $20 for one spectator ticket (your athlete does not need one). These will be $25 at the door so this is a great and easy way to save a little bit! If you do NOT want to purchase a parent ticket, you will need to email the office by 10.25. If we end up with extras, we will offer them on a first come first serve basis. This will be billed with November’s tuition.
ALL TEAMS: MANDATORY PRE COMP SEASON MEETINGS
To ensure we are all on the same page and go over some team items before competitions hit, we will be doing meetings with each team. All will be held at our Excite! Event Center except for Elite teams and theirs will be on the cheer floor. One parent or guardian is required to attend.

We will be a doing a big clearance sale at Expo! Be sure to take a look and grab all the fun items!

-Practice Arrival: Reminder to please have athletes wait in the observation room for practices until their buddy comes to get them.
-Don’t forget to make your payments for our upfront fees and uniforms. We will be checking and contacting you next week for those missing.

5. HALF SEASON TEAMS: SPARKLERS AND THRILL
You found the hotline- YAY!!! We are very excited to have you all and are looking forward to a great season!
Reminders/ Announcements:
-Excite! Expo: We are doing our annual show off for our full season teams this upcoming Sunday, 10.25. While we won’t be performing at this event, we’d love for you guys to come watch! This will be held at MHS Basketball Arena located behind M9 campus. Doors open at 2pm and teams will start performing at 4pm! Tickets are $20 at the door, 5 and under are free!
-SHOES: Our uniform does NOT come with cheer shoes so you can start shopping for those! Our only guideline is that they are all white; does not matter the brand or style. Our suggestion are the Nfinity Vengeance or Nfinity Evolution- both can be found on Amazon. They are ok to wear any athletic shoe to practice for now.

-Practices 10/27(Sparklers) or 10/29(Thrill)- Halloween practices! Athletes can wear Halloween gear or their costumes! Please be sure they will be able to fully participate with what they choose to wear.

BILLING DATES:
- October 30th: November Tuition and NTGU Parent Ticket billing $20 (1 per athlete)
-November 30th: December Tuition and Banquet Billing – each family will be billed for one athlete and one parent ticket for end of season banquets. Novice = $55 per ticket/ Prep, Premier Prep and Elite =$65 per ticket
-December 30th: January Tuition
-January 29th: February Tuition and Travel Fees billed- Elite = $150 for Atlantic City
-February 26th: March Tuition (Final Tuition payment for Novice and Prep Teams) / All Star Worlds Fees (Registration/ Travel Fees and Swag bag items- amount TBD)
-March 31st: End of season for Novice and Prep. April Tuition for Premier Prep will be 50% with sending ending on April 15th. April Tuition for Elite teams- final tuition payment for season.
-April 15th: End of season for Premier Prep
-April 30th: End of season for Elite
2027- 2028 Season Dates:
-June 11th-14th, 2027 at Oakridge Camp in Anadarko, OK. Elite teams only.

Brown, Gray or Black in eye crease- we should be able to see color there. Black eye liner and Mascara- no cat eye or drawn-out liner.
