This was posted on the hotline over a month ago but want to be sure we don’t forget! What to wear in the what to wear section.

ALL TEAMS: EXCITE EXPO OCTOBER 25TH!
-Volunteers Needed: We need your help to put our performance floor together! This will require some heavy lifting but you will receive one free ticket per person you have come help! We need 15-20 for both set up and break down. Please email directors@excitegym.com with your athlete’s name and names of those coming. Set up time will begin at 9am and breakdown will begin as soon as the final team performs. We greatly appreciate your help!!

-Tickets: Tickets with be $15 if purchased before October 16th! After that, cost will be $20. Those that order before October 16th will also receive their tickets BEFORE Expo so you don’t have to wait in line!

ALL TEAMS MINUS DAZZLE: NTGU COMP TICKETS
This event will allow us to sell tickets beforehand! This year they are only giving one discounted wristband per athlete. To keep things fair, we will be charging each family $20 for one spectator ticket (your athlete does not need one). These will be $25 at the door so this is a great and easy way to save a little bit! If you do NOT want to purchase a parent ticket, you will need to email the office by 10.25. If we end up with extras, we will offer them on a first come first serve basis. This will be billed with November’s tuition.
ALL TEAMS: MANDATORY PRE COMP SEASON MEETINGS
To ensure we are all on the same page and go over some team items before competitions hit, we will be doing meetings with each team. All will be held at our Excite! Event Center except for Elite teams and theirs will be on the cheer floor. One parent or guardian is required to attend.
-Monday 11/2: Believe 5:30-6pm/ Ambition 7:45pm-8:15pm
-Tuesday 11/3: 4:30-5pm Moanas/ Crush 6:15pm-6:45pm/ Dazzle 7pm-7:15pm
-Wednesday 11/4: 4:30-5pm Tikis/ 6pm-6:30pm Divas/ Gossip and Lady Ex 8:00-8:30pm (at the gym)
-Thursday 11/5: Wish 4:30-5pm/ Reckless 7:30-8:00pm
ALL TEAMS: FINAL WAIVER IS READY!
We have one final waiver that needs to be filled out! This will be sent to your email address.

We sadly had zero teams hit the deadline for our last set of waivers- lets get them in on time this round!!! We will add 2 beads per athlete on team IF the ENTIRE team gets their waiver completed! DUE DATE: 10/26!

ELITE: OCTOBER TEAM PRACTICES
Heading into this BUSY month, we are need to make adjustments to ensure as many full team practices as possible. Tomorrow are the dates and times we will use for practices and tumble for this upcoming month.
Sunday 10/18: Both teams 12pm-2pm
Monday 10/19: Lady Ex 6-7:30pm/ Gossip 7-8:30pm
Wednesday 10/21: Optional Open Tumble for both teams 6:30-7:30pm
Saturday 10/24: Both teams 9am-10am
Sunday 10/25: Expo!
- We will not be having Elite Flyer but will allow you to enroll into our existing flyer class for free for this month! These are on Tuesdays at 5:15pm-6pm. Email into cheer@ if you are interested in this option!
-Please expect coaches to assign some reps to be completed before or after practices. This shouldn’t take more than 15-20 extra minutes and will be communicated.

-Makeup: Face make up should include semi heavy blush, light foundation (Junior and Senior aged teams), and red lip stick. Eye make up: Eye lid with liquid eye glitter- Stila Diamond Dust or similar. Brown, Gray or Black in eye crease- we should be able to see color there. Black eye liner and Mascara- no cat eye or drawn-out liner.
PREMIER PREP: USASF MEMBERSHIP- REQUIRED!
For the events that we attend under Varsity Brands, your athlete must be a member of USASF.
-Go to usasf.net > Log in or create account > Pay for USASF membership > If new-enter age verification document (passport/ birth certificate). If you are creating an account, you must complete the step to add to our program by .8entering Excite Gym and Cheer.
-Tips: Do not use autofill- this website can have issues with that. If you have any issues, email support@usasf.net. The gym is unable to adjust, fix or complete any steps for you unfortunately.

Announcements:
-Event Waivers: There are 3 different waivers that are required for our events. These will be sent directly to your email address. One from Bravo, one from Redline and one from 8Count. If you have not received them, please email into cheer@excitegym.com.
-Practice Arrival: Reminder to please have athletes wait in the observation room for practices until their buddy comes to get them.
-Don’t forget to make your payments for our upfront fees and uniforms. We will be checking and contacting you next week for those missing.
Practice 10/18: Pink out! Wear all pink!
Saturday 10.24: Extra practice 9am-10am. Any black shirt and any shorts
Sunday 10.25: EXPO! Excite practice shirt(will be passed out on either 10/18 or 10/24), black leggings, athletic shoes, hair in high pony tail with competition bow. Assistant coaches can and will help with make up! -Assistant Coaches- you will be in your full all star uniform, hair and make up but need to wear your white practice tank over your uniform for when inspire performs.

Reminders/ Announcements:
-Meeting notes from our Meet and Greet will be sent to your email on Friday 10/16.
-SHOES: Our uniform does NOT come with cheer shoes so you can start shopping for those! Our only guideline is that they are all white; does not matter the brand or style. Our suggestion are the Nfinity Vengeance or Nfinity Evolution- both can be found on Amazon. They are ok to wear any athletic shoe to practice for now.
What to Wear:
-Until practice wear comes in, athletes can wear any red, black or white shirt with athletic shorts and shoes.

BILLING DATES:
- October 30th: November Tuition and NTGU Parent Ticket billing $20 (1 per athlete)
-November 30th: December Tuition and Banquet Billing – each family will be billed for one athlete and one parent ticket for end of season banquets. Novice = $55 per ticket/ Prep, Premier Prep and Elite =$65 per ticket
-December 30th: January Tuition
-January 29th: February Tuition and Travel Fees billed- Elite = $150 for Atlantic City
-February 26th: March Tuition (Final Tuition payment for Novice and Prep Teams) / All Star Worlds Fees (Registration/ Travel Fees and Swag bag items- amount TBD)
-March 31st: End of season for Novice and Prep. April Tuition for Premier Prep will be 50% with sending ending on April 15th. April Tuition for Elite teams- final tuition payment for season.

2027- 2028 Season Dates:
-June 11th-14th, 2027 at Oakridge Camp in Anadarko, OK. Elite teams only.
