-Join for four FREE Monday evenings (7:00-8:30) focused on education, awareness, and conversations that can help save lives. From overdose prevention and hands-on Narcan training to breaking stigma and helping parents and youth start important conversations- there’s something valuable to take away each week.

MUSIC
Parents of athletes in levels 6, 7, 8, Gold & Platinum have been emailed the music option we have chosen for your athlete. Please purchase your music and EMAIL it to gymnastics@excitegym.com at least one week before your choreography date. Some websites take a couple of days to send out the music – please plan accordingly!
CHOREOGRAPHY
Each choreographer will have a set number of available spots and time slots.
Choreography appointments will be 3 hours.
The cost is $250, paid directly to your choreographer on the day of your session.
Please check with your choreographer ahead of time to find out whether any other coaches will be in the gym during your choreography session. If the gym will otherwise be empty, a parent is required to stay for the duration of the session.

3. DRESS CODE
*For dress code, you don’t have to wear a leo that is the specified color. If the color is yellow, but you don’t have a yellow leo, you can wear yellow shorts, a yellow headband, a yellow scrunchie, etc.
*It is mandatory that all gymnasts wear a leo to every practice. Hair must be neatly pulled back, secured out of their face. Tight fitting bar shorts or capris are allowed. Baggy pants and sweatshirts are not permitted.
