IMPORTANT DATES

Please take a look at the meet schedule posted in section 2 of the hotline along with the important dates listed in section 4 and save all of the dates that pertain to your level.

MUSIC & CHOREO – Levels 6, 7, 8, Gold & Platinum ONLY

MUSIC

Athletes in levels 6, 7, 8, Gold and Platinum should all have sent in their music for coaches to listen to and choose from. Coaches will announce which song each gymnast will get at practice this Saturday and parents will be emailed the option we have chosen for your athlete. Please purchase your music and EMAIL it to gymnastics@excitegym.com before your choreography date. Some websites take a couple of days to send out the music – please plan accordingly!

CHOREOGRAPHY

• The cost is $250, paid directly to your choreographer on the day of your session.

• Please check with your choreographer ahead of time to find out whether any other coaches will be in the gym during your choreography session. If the gym will otherwise be empty, a parent is required to stay for the duration of the session.

3.  DRESS CODE 

*For dress code, you don’t have to wear a leo that is the specified color. If the color is yellow, but you don’t have a yellow leo, you can wear yellow shorts, a yellow headband, a yellow scrunchie, etc.  

*It is mandatory that all gymnasts wear a leo to every practice. Hair must be neatly pulled back, secured out of their face. Tight fitting bar shorts or capris are allowed. Baggy pants and sweatshirts are not permitted.
