ALL TEAMS: URGENT UPDATE!
We are in the process of updating our website and the hotline will be in a new location starting early next week! From our homepage, go to Programs (at the top), then Select Cheer from the drop-down menu, then the link to the hotline will be found on the bottom right underneath the All Star Cheer section.
ELITE TEAMS: LAST MINUTE PRACTICE ADJUSTMENT
We are needing to change practice time for next week due to an event that will take majority of our athletes. I (Alison) fully apologize for the late notice on this!
Monday 8/17 both Gossip and Lady Ex will practice 7-9pm. Wednesday 8/19 we will have open tumble time (not required) 6:30pm-7:30pm.
MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES: COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY
Our Lewisville local VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars) is accepting applications for collegiate scholarships. Deadline to apply is OCTOBER 31ST, 2026. View info below:

ELITE: ALL STAR WORLDS BLOCK SCHEDULE
The block schedule for dates is now up! Both Gossip and Lady Ex will be competing Wednesday, April 14th (Prelims) and Thursday, April 15th (Finals- must advance). With that announcement you are now clear to start booking your travel. Reminder that you do not need a bid to attend this event- but registration discounts come with bids!
Arrival: All Athletes must be in Orlando by 4pm on Tuesday, April 13th. We will practice that evening!
Departure: We will not know performance times for finals until right before so athletes cannot leave until Friday, April 17th in case of a late performance or awards time.
This is now updated in the Detailed Competition Schedule Doc in Attachments section.
ELITE: INSPIRE APPLICATIONS
Our Special Abilities team, Inspire is starting back up! Please apply today to be a buddy/volunteer for these amazing kiddos! Their practices will be on Sundays 2pm-2:45pm directly after Gossip and Lady ex practice. Please turn in applications to front desk or give directly to Coach Alison.

ALL TEAMS: OBSERVATION VIEWING
As we get back to starting school and getting busier in the gym, we are kindly asking that team parents keep observation room viewing to a minimal to make space for our recreational athletes. Feel free to come in the next couple of weeks, but starting August 1st, we will need to keep that as clear as possible from team members.
We will be adding more classes with younger students that require parents to stay, so we will need all the space we can get.
This will also keep it fun for you to truly be surprised when checkpoints arrive! This makes those moments more special for your athletes and for you!
As we see when there is more space, we will do our best to assign times and days for you to come in.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

*Reminder that all athletes, regardless of age, must wear sports bras underneath clothing.*
*Bows and cheer shoes must be worn to all practices!* If you are new and do not have cheer shoes yet, you may wear athletic shoes until yours come in.
Now that athletes have received their practice wear, they need to wear THIS SEASON’S shirts using the assignments below. Black= Black shirt with red and black logo/ Red= Excite! Express shirt
NOVICE: Black shirt and any shorts
PREP: 1st practice (Mon or Tue depending on team) Black shirt and any shorts/ 2nd practice (Th) Red shirt and any shorts
PREMIER PREP: Tuesday practice Black tank and any shorts/ Thursday Red tank and any shorts
ELITE: Monday White tank and any shorts/ Wednesday Red tank and black shorts
