PREP/ PREMIER PREP/ ALL STAR: BANQUET TOMORROW NIGHT!!!

We cannot wait to celebrate this season with you all!

When: March 28th from 6pm-10pm. We will start check in at 5:45pm with your team parents and we will let everyone into the ballroom at 6:00pm.

Where: Hilton Garden Inn 785 State Hwy 121, Lewisville, TX 75067

Dress: Semi- Formal/ Cocktail

NOVICE AND PREP: TRYOUT TRAINING OPPORTUNITY!

As you know, our season technically ends on March 30th. With there still being a month until tryouts, we wanted to offer a special training opportunity for our current Novice and Prep Members! We will work on tumbling, jumps, and stunts to get them prepared for tryouts.

-Times:

Current novice members: 4:30pm-5:30pm on Tuesdays

Current Prep members: 5:30-6:30pm on Tuesdays

*April 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd*

-Cost: $100

-How to enroll: Go online to https://portal.iclasspro.com/excite/classes?programs=12 and enroll by March 30th!

SHOCK: YOUTH SUMMIT PRACTICE SCHEDULE

These are extra practice dates or adjusted times to be sure we get all the necessary practices that we need for Youth Summit! These are in addition to your regularly scheduled practices.

Sunday, April 13th: Teams will practice. All coaches will be back from Daytona in time.

Tuesday, April 15th: 5pm-6:30pm

Saturday, April 19th: We realize that this is Easter weekend. If you have a pre-planned trip that would conflict for any portion of this day, please email into cheer@excitegym.com by March 30th for us to make a final decision.

Sunday, April 20th: No practice.

April 21st: Summit Show off! Athletes will arrive at 6pm- parents and fans can enter at 7pm.

April 23rd: Practice in Tampa! 6:00pm-6:45pm with location TBD.

DYNAMITE/ INTENSE/ GOSSIP/ FEVER: SUMMIT PRACTICE SCHEDULE

Saturday, April 26th: Dynamite and Gossip 1pm-2:30pm/ Intense and Fever 2:30pm-4pm

Sunday, April 27th: Dynamite and Gossip 11:30am-1pm *they will perform for our recreational classes during the last 15 minutes*/ Intense and Fever 1:30pm-3:00pm.

Tuesday, April 29th: Summit Show off! Athletes will arrive at 6pm- parents and fans can enter at 7pm.

3. IMPORTANT DATES

-March 28th: Prep, Premier Prep and All Star banquet

-March 30th: COMPETITION- Tiny Tikis, Mini Moanas, Glitter Girls, Believe and Dazzle. See the Detailed Competition Schedule for more details.

-April 21st- Show off at Excite! For Shock. Athletes arrive at 6pm- Parents and fans enter at 7pm.

-April 23rd- Shock arrive in Tampa by 4pm. Practice that evening.

-April 24th- Shock Wild Card and Preliminary Round! Top 8 scores in Wild Card round will advance to Finals. The Preliminary Round is for those with an at large, partial paid or paid bid (this does NOT include us right now).

-April 25th- Shock Finals! All teams that advance from Wild Card and Preliminary Round will compete for final rankings.

-April 26th- Shock highly recommended departure date. We have no control of when we will go or when awards will be. Please plan accordingly.

-April 29th- Show off at Excite! For Dynamite, Intense, Gossip and Fever. Athletes arrive at 6pm- Parents and fans enter at 7pm.

-May 1st- arrive by 3pm in Orlando for Dynamite and Intense. Pick up Athlete Packages and Passes to get in and out of ESPN. Practice that evening- Time TBD.

-May 2nd- Prelims for Dynamite and Intense! Any team with a Wild Card bid will compete. Top 5 scores will advance straight to Finals. *Athletes will not be allowed to go to Parks or the Pool this day until after we perform* Gossip and Fever arrive by 3pm in Orlando. Pick up Athlete Packages and Passes to get in and out of ESPN. Practice that evening- Time TBD.

-May 3rd- Semi-Finals for Gossip and Fever! Teams with At Large or Partial Paid bids will compete. *Athletes will not be allowed to go to Parks or the Pool this day until after we perform* Excite! Teams with Wildcard bids that advance will have practice this day- Time TBD.

-May 4th- Finals for Dynamite, Intense, Gossip and Fever! All teams that advance from Prelims and Semi-Finals will compete for final rankings. *Athletes will not be allowed to go to Parks or the Pool this day until after we perform*

-May 5th- Highly recommended departure date for Summit teams. We have no control of when we will go in Finals or when awards will be. Please plan accordingly.

-May 7th: 2025-2026 Tryout Process begins!

-July 14th-20th, 2025: All Star Choreography *MANDATORY* (posted 9.12.24)

-July 30th-August 1st, 2025: In House Camp/ Choreography for Novice, Prep and Premier Prep teams. *MANDATORY* (posted 1.23.25)
