EXTRA PRACTICE
*Reminder - Extra practices are this weekend for both teams!
September 28th: Mandatory extra practice
-Firecrackers & Rockets: 9:30-11:30 am
PINK OUT FOR BREAST CANCER
*On Thursday, October 3rd, wear all of your pink gear to show support for those fighting the fight against breast cancer.
*Bring your spare change/cash donations to practice—We will have a donation contest amongst our competitive teams: the team that averages the highest amount of donations per number of athletes on the team will get to pie their coaches in the face! Donations will be accepted through Friday, October 11th.
DRESS CODE
Monday: Wear red Excite! Acro shirt
Thursday: Wear black Above & Beyond shirt
(if you just joined and have not received your black Above & Beyond shirt, wear any black shirt on Thursdays, preferably a black Excite! shirt)

UNIFORM UPDATE
*Meet jerseys and practice shirts have been ordered and we will pass them out as soon as we receive them.
*Athletes who joined team in August or September will receive their meet jerseys after Expo. We have reached out to athletes who competed on Acro last season and will have a jersey for you to wear for Expo. These will be handed out at practice the week prior to Expo and need to be returned the following week.

*Meet fees will be billed on September 30th. ($275)
