1. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
EXPO – READ IN FULL!
October 25th at Marcus High School - Basketball Arena
What to Wear:
Unfortunately our jersey company has recently gone out of business and is not responding to any of our correspondence with them. We will be wearing our red Excite! Express shirt with our meet day attire at Expo.
-We are working with a new company and will be getting NEW jerseys for all athletes for meet season and will get that information on the hotline ASAP!
-Meet day uniform includes: plain black Nike pros (link at bottom of hotline), no show socks, acro shoes, and Excite! Express . Light makeup is allowed if desired.
Hair: Hair needs to be in two SECURE French braids with a middle part. Please use gel/hairspray to keep hair in place and secured.
Arrival: Doors will open at 2pm for all to enter so you can have time to check out the vendors and Proshop. At your team’s time below, athletes will need to head down to the basketball court. Head down the main stairs and follow the hall to the right. Coaches and volunteers will greet athletes at the door and help get them checked in with their team. Please be sure they arrive in full uniform (including shoes with white ankle socks), competition hair, and light make-up if desired. They may bring a water bottle if desired- NO SNACKS. Be sure they are fueled up when they arrive!
Parents and fans may go upstairs to enjoy concessions and vendors until the show starts!
Firecrackers- Be on the court by 2:15pm -Rockets- Be on the court by 2:45pm.
Performance: Teams will begin performing at 4pm sharp! Parents are welcome to sit anywhere in the arena. There are designated handicap areas at the top and there is elevator access to get there. Athletes will stay down on the floor with coaches and volunteers until all teams are done performing.
Performance order: Inspire, Wish, Tiny Tikis, Mini Moanas, Diamond Divas, Firecrackers, Believe, Dazzle, Ambition, Crush, Reckless, Rockets, Gossip, Lady Ex and Excite! Parent Routine
Following Performances: Coaches will be bringing athletes to parents. Acro teams will be brought outside to the alley way on the right side of the building. Do not leave until you have signed your child out!
At that point, you are free to continue to shop with vendors! We will allow everyone to roam and get photos until our breakdown is complete.

BILLING
Banquet fees will be billed for athletes + 1 parent on October 30th. ($55/ticket)
Additional banquet tickets will be available closer to the banquet for additional parents. Banquet tickets will be limited to 2 parents, or 4 parents for split families. Siblings are not allowed to attend the banquet.
UNIFORM UPDATE
Backpacks, jerseys, warmup jackets and pants have been ordered and are currently being manufactured. We will distribute these at practice as soon as we receive them!

PRACTICE SCHEDULE & DRESS CODE
MONDAY (6:00-7:30) – Wear red Excite! Express shirt
(Firecrackers will receive their practice shirts on Monday 8/10)
WEDNESDAY (6:30-8:00) – Wear black Excite! Logo shirt
All athletes are required to wear a sports bra, regardless of age.
