1. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
CHOREOGRAPHY TIMES – MANDATORY!
September 21st:
-Firecrackers: 9:30-12:00
-Rockets: 12:30-3:00
EXPO INFORMATION
Volunteers Needed!
-We are in need of some strong helpers to get us set up and broken down for this event. This may require some heavy lifting so the more hands, the better and easier on us all! Our goal is to have at least 15 people per session! We will give you 1 free ticket to Expo per session you volunteer! Option 1: Set up 9am-11am/ Option 2: Break down will start right after final team performs and will take about 2 hours.
Please email into directors@excitegym.com with your name, your athletes name and team, and what session(s) you are able to help.
Vendor Spaces Available!
-We are always wanting to support our local business! If you have a business of your own or know someone who does, we will be allowing vendors to set up at our Expo. We will be leaving the doors open this year so everyone gets plenty of time to shop! DRESS CODE – Important!
It is required for all athletes to wear a sports bra under their shirt, regardless of age.
It is required for all athletes to wear athletic shoes to each practice. Please purchase your acro shoes if you haven’t already so your athlete can start getting used to tumbling and stunting with shoes on! If they don’t have acro shoes yet, they can wear other tennis shoes until their acro shoes come in.

October 19th – Excite! Expo – mandatory!
October 20-23 – Professional photographers will be here– save the date!
November 23-29 – Gym Closed for Thanksgiving break
December 19-January 2 – Gym Closed for Christmas break
January 30-February 1st – Texas Tough (will only compete one day)
February 21st – Liberty Invitational
March 6th – State @ Excite! (Friday – will do our best to make it after school)
March 16-22 – Gym Closed for Spring Break
April 1 – Acro Banquet @ Courtyard Riverwalk (6:00-7:30)
April 3-5 – Gym Closed for Easter
