ATTENDANCE STANDARDS

*As we are now into the part of the season where we are preparing for meets and polishing routines, it is extremely important that your athlete is at practice on time and for the entirety of the practice. Coaches build practice schedules with drills that build on each other, so missing practice can make athletes feel behind when they return. Please communicate any absences in advance with coaches by emailing gymnastics@excitegym.com, and if it a day-of absence due to an emergency or being sick, please text with Coach Caitlin and your team’s coaches all included in the text. If your child is sick and it’s within 2 weeks of a meet, it might be requested that they make up the time missed to prepare for the meet.
