IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
EXPO
Make sure you have October 24th saved on your calendar for Expo! We will have the schedule posted within the next couple of weeks, along with drop off info, what to wear, and more! We are so excited to see your kiddos showcase their skills for the first time this season!
Schedule:
Doors will open 15 minutes prior to each session.
Session 1: 12:30-3 – Silver, Level 1, 3, 5, Optionals
Session 2: 3:30-6:00 – Bronze, Gold, Platinum, Level 2 & Level 4
Pre-order tickets through October 16th!
Children 5 and younger are free!
PRACTICE UPDATES
October 31st – no regular practice. We will have our annual gym team Halloween party & trunk or treat on October 31st. The party will be from 10:00-12:00 and trunk or treat will take place from 11:30-12:00.
If you are able to help out with a trunk, please email gymnastics@excitegym.com. Let’s fill the parking lot!!
November 21st – practice will be moved to Friday, November 20th to allow families and staff to get out early for Thanksgiving break.

BILLING INFO
Meet fees were billed on September 30th.
Level 1, 2, Bronze: $325
Level 3, 4, Silver, Gold: $350
Level 5, Platinum: $425
Level 6, 7, 8: $380
This is for qualifying meets only. Travel meet and state meet fees will be billed at a later date.
If you would like to set up a payment plan or split your meet fees into two separate payments, please email office@excitegym.com by Friday, September 25th.
COMMUNICATION GUIDELINES
We kindly ask that families respect our coaches’ time away from work and limit reaching out to their personal phone numbers outside of private lesson communication. Coaches’ personal phones are intended for private lesson communication only; for all other questions, scheduling needs, or concerns, please email gymnastics@excitegym.com so we can make sure your message is received and addressed appropriately. Thank you for helping us respect our coaches’ personal time!
SAVE THE DATE - IN HOUSE MEET – MANDATORY FOR ONE PARENT/FAMILY!
Our annual In House Meet will be on January 16, 2027! This is an event that we host for our rec kiddos to show off their skills for their family and friends – they get medals and ribbons, and can order shoutouts and other fun athlete gifts! We run it just like a real meet and it is so fun for the kiddos!
It is mandatory for one parent per family to help with this event. Each time slot will be 2-3 hours long – we will have a sign-up genius posted next week for you to sign up for your time slot. If you have a pre-planned conflict, please email that in by Monday, November 3rd.
Gym team athletes will not attend this event!
UNIFORM UPDATE
Practice leos have been distributed to all gymnasts.
Backpacks, meet leos, warmup jackets and pants have been ordered and are currently being manufactured. We will distribute these at practice as soon as we receive them!
MONDAY USAG PRACTICE – (Will need at least 3 enrolled to open)
Who: Level 4 & Gold / Level 3 & Silver (requires approval)
When: Mondays 5:00-8:30
Cost: $80/month
This is an optional class addition – not required!

3. DRESS CODE
*For dress code, you don’t have to wear a leo that is the specified color. If the color is yellow, but you don’t have a yellow leo, you can wear yellow shorts, a yellow headband, a yellow scrunchie, etc.
*It is mandatory that all gymnasts wear a leo to every practice. Hair must be neatly pulled back, secured out of their face. Tight fitting bar shorts or capris are allowed. Baggy pants and sweatshirts are not permitted.
