SHOCK AND INTENSE: SUNDAY PRACTICES
This was posted in your team bands but Sunday practices will now be 1:45pm-3:15pm for this season starting on 9/15. This has been updated in the practice time documents in the attachments section as well.
ALL TEAMS: 2025-2026 SEASON
Even if you aren’t on all star or premier prep this year, you could be next year!! Be sure to mark these mandatory dates!
All Star Choreography: July 14th-20th, 2025. *All Star Teams Only*
NCA Practices Premier Prep and All Star: Next season NCA Nationals is MUCH earlier than usual due to booking with the Dallas Convention Center- the company is giving us a big heads up to help us all plan ahead. NCA Nationals will be January 9th-11th, 2026. To ensure success at this major event, we are having to plan practices that overlap with the usual Winter Break. We are releasing this now to give you plenty of time to plan and arrange your travel for that time. Mandatory practices for Premier Prep and All Star will be: 12/21/26, 12/22/26, 12/28/26, 12/29/26, 1/3/26,1/4/26, 1/5/26 1/6/26, 1/7/26, 1/8/26. Any athletes that miss any of these practices will not be eligible to compete at NCA nationals next season. We are giving these to you extremely far in advance and we appreciate you making those dates work!
ALL TEAMS: EXCITE EXPO
We are so excited to announce that we will doing our Expo this year at Marcus High School!
With this change of venue, we will be able to do more and have all of us together to celebrate the start of the season!
DATE/TIME: It will still be on October 20th with extra practices on the 19th. All the times for both days are in the Important Dates section.
HELP NEEDED: We will be renting a floor for us to perform on and need some amazing volunteers to help set up and tear down! We are looking for 10 strong volunteers for set up and 10 for break down. Set up will start at 9am and break down will be 5:30pm (or as soon as last team performs). This should take a couple of hours to get complete. All volunteers will receive 2 free spectator tickets! Email directors@excitegym.com to sign up! Be sure to include your name and athletes name.
VENDOR/BOOTH OPPORTUNITIES: If you or someone you know has a business or product, this is a great opportunity to get exposure to our local community! We are still waiting for approval and numbers but be on the look out for more information in the next couple of weeks!
EXCITING EXPO OFFERS!!
We will be doing a special offer to Excite! Patches and Hats! We will also be offering a Flower Bouquet to order for your athlete! Both need to be pre-ordered so check the Proshop section for details!
ALL TEAMS: COMPETITION WAIVER **DEADLINE HAS PASSED!**
Any NTGU or Bravo event is requiring an online waiver this season. This waiver has been directly sent to you each day this week if it has not been completed. If you have not received this, please email into cheer@excitegym.com If it is not complete by Wednesday, 9/18, there will be a late fee fine of $25!

-October 20th: Excite! Expo! This is our showoff to kick off our competition season. *MANDATORY*
Athletes will arrive at 2pm and Show off will begin at 4:15pm.

BILLING DATES:
*Reminder that if you need to set up a payment plan you need to contact the front office at office@excitegym.com* Monthly tuition will always be billed on the last business day of the month, below are the special billing dates only.
-November 29th: December Tuition and Banquet Tickets for one athlete and one adult. The athlete ticket is required whether they are attending or not. If you do not want to be billed for the adult ticket, you will need to email office@excitegym.com by November 1st. Additional parent tickets will be available for purchase at a later date.
-December 30th: January Tuition and National Event Billing for Premier Prep and All Star. Amount TBD.
2025-2026 SEASON DATES:
-June 19th-23rd, 2025: All Star Camp *MANDATORY* (posted 8.22.24)
