ANNOUNCEMENTS 4.16-4.23
ALL TEAMS! Great NEW fundraising opportunity for April at Salerno’s.
Enjoy great food and earn fundraising dollars to help with travel fees and the end of the year reward competitions and meets.
-When: For the month of April every Tuesday and Wednesday.
-What you need to do? Ask friends and family when eating out to eat out at Salerno’s in Highland Village.
-Next: Ask them to write your team members name on the receipt and drop if off at the front of the restaurant. (please print name)
-Salerno’s is going to then pay 10% back per receipt total. This does include alcohol just not sales tax. So if you are going out for a glass of wine why not pay yourself back 10%!
-Additional efforts: You may also hand out cards at Salerno’s; we just ask that you stay outside dressed in an Excite! Shirt and athletic pants.
*Excite! will prepare these cards for you to pick up at the front desk by next Tuesday.
Any miscellaneous receipts with no names listed; we will split among all that have participated in this fundraising event.
ALL STAR TEAMS: ADJUSTED 4/19 PRACTICES
We have our cheer classes and recreational tumble classes showing off this day! We will have teams perform for their families to do a little show off!
Dynamite and Secret: Practice 11:30-1:15 (last 15 minutes teams will perform and be released after).
Smack: Practice 2-3:45pm (last 15 minutes teams will perform and be released after).
PREP/ PREMIER PREP AND ALL STAR: BANQUET 4/19
Where: Circle R Ranch
When: April 19th from 6-9pm *Check in will begin at 5:45pm*
Tickets: Deadline has passed to purchase any additional. When you arrive, you will check in with your team parents to verify ticket numbers.

1. WHAT TO WEAR
*Reminder that all athletes, regardless of age, must wear sports bras underneath clothing. All shirts must be this year’s given practice wear to receive credit for gold stars and smiley awards*
*Bows and cheer shoes must be worn to all practices!*

-Any Excite! Shirt and any shorts
Sunday 4/19:
-Dynamite/ Secret and Smack- Adjusted practice times! See in announcements section.
Red nationals shirt (row the boat), hair in a high ponytail with red/black or white bow and black shorts. We will be performing for our recreational classes! Please look presentable and have light make up on.
-Prep, Premier Prep and All Star: BANQUET! See info in announcements section
Monday 4/20:
-SECRET SUMMIT SHOW OFF! Wear Summit practice wear with hair in high pony tail with this year’s comp bow. Athletes arrive at 6pm and fans can enter at 6:45pm through the single glass door in our fire lane (just like NCA show off).
-Dynamite/ Wrath/ Smack: White tank with any shorts
Tuesday 4/21:
-Any Excite! Shirt and any shorts
Wednesday 4/22:
-Red shirt and any shorts
Thursday 4/23:
-Any Excite! Shirt and any shorts
Sunday 4/26:
-Disney/ Pixar day! Dress in your favorite character as we prepare to head to Disney!!

Dynamite/ Secret and Smack: Summit practice wear and gifts will be given on 4/19!
3. IMPORTANT DATES
-April 19th:
Dynamite and Secret practice 11:30-1:15 (performing for Cheer classes at the end).
Smack practice 2-3:45pm (performing for Rec tumble classes at the end).
No Wrath or Premier prep practices.

-April 20th: Secret Summit Show Off! Athletes arrive at 6pm in Summit practice wear with Comp Bow in and high ponytail. Families and Fans will enter at 6:45pm.
-April 22nd: Secret must be in Tampa by 3pm.
-April 23rd: Premier Prep Final Practice
-April 23rd -24th: YOUTH SUMMIT in Tampa, FL. Bid required to attend. Secret only. Extra practices and show off leading to event TBD.
-April 28th: The Summit Show Off! Athletes arrive at 5:30pm in practice wear and with comp bow in and high ponytail. Families and fans will enter at 6:15pm.
-April 30th: Dynamite and Smack must be in Orlando by 3pm.
-May 1st-3rd: THE SUMMIT in Orlando, FL. Bid required to attend. Dynamite, Wrath and Smack only. Extra practices and show off leading to event TBD.
