ELECTRIC AND ALL STAR: SPIRIT CELEBRATION COMPETITION 12.7 AND 12.8

Event Information: This will be a big event so be prepared to hit traffic and have lines to get parking. There will also be a parade on Saturday in Dallas from 7am- 10am so be sure to plan ahead for that!

ALL TEAMS: HOLIDAY PARTIES!

Each team will be having a fun holiday party! The gym takes care of everything for the party! We just ask that athletes bring a $10-$15 gift for a White Elephant Game if they want to participate. Parties are all during practice time so bring your athlete at their normal arrival time wearing their favorite Holiday gear!

ALL STAR: TRAVEL FEE

Per the handbook, we charge a travel fee for our travel competition to Chicago. While this is a bigger travel trip than we have done the past few seasons, we were able to keep costs lower than anticipated! We had budgeted more than we needed for our choreography over summer which we will be able to utilize towards keeping the cost lower for our families! This travel fee will be $58 and will be billed with February Tuition.

ALL TEAMS: 2026 NCA NATIONALS CHANGES

We previously posted about the big change for NCA to be moving up to January for 2026 to remain in Dallas. On November 8th, they decided to make a big adjustment. They will be moving NCA Nationals to Houston, TX for 2026, 2027 and 2028 (as of now) and bumping it back to be end of February or beginning of March. This change means, we can remove the mandatory practices previously set for over Winter Break of 2025! YAY!

NCA Nationals 2025 will remain in Dallas with no changes.

5. HALF SEASON: SPARKLERS AND THRILL

BILLING DATES:

*Reminder that if you need to set up a payment plan you need to contact the front office at office@excitegym.com* Monthly tuition will always be billed on the last business day of the month, below are the special billing dates only.

-November 29th: December Tuition and Banquet Tickets for one athlete and one adult. The athlete ticket is required whether they are attending or not. If you do not want to be billed for the adult ticket, you will need to email office@excitegym.com by November 1st. Additional parent tickets will be available for purchase at a later date. Cost= $60 per ticket

-December 30th: January Tuition and National Event Billing for Premier Prep and All Star. Tremor and Electric= $118/ Shock, Dynamite, Intense, Gossip and Fever= $222 -January 30th: All Star Travel Team $58
