ALL TEAMS: ATHLETE REVIEWS *updated 12/18*

These will be handed out at your final practice before break, and they all include some homework to be completed during break. If you are not present that day, you can pick your envelope up from the front office during office or camp hours. If you are out of town, please email into cheer@ and we can send you a copy via email. We hope this helps gives insight to what we see in practice, what they are doing amazing at and to help your athlete continue to grow in this sport! These reviews are for yours and your athlete eyes only- these are done with full focus on your child!

PREMIER PREP AND ALL STAR: WINTER BREAK WORK OUT SHEET *updated 12/18*

We will be doing another required work out sheet to be completed over Winter break. This is in similar style to the one over Thanksgiving.

For tumble and stunt videos, we will have open gym from 10:30am-11:30am on 12/22, 12/23, 12/29 and 12/30. These are FREE and are for premier prep and all-star athletes only.

NOVICE AND PREP: EXTRA CREDIT! *posted 12/18*

Each option will get you 1 gold star or smiley added! You can do just one or both!

-Option 1: Film your athlete doing their dance 5x and post in the Option 1 album in band.

-Option 2: Film your athlete doing their jump section 5x and post in the Option 2 album in band.

SECRET: THE YOUTH SUMMIT *posted 12/18*

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! We are so proud of these girls for working hard and getting their bid!

-The Youth Summit will be in Tampa, Florida at the Tampa Convention Center! The event will run on April 23rd and 24th, 2026. **This is an adjustment from our original Competition schedule posting! It has been updated on all documents and in important dates.

-Youth Summit Show off at Excite!: Monday, April 20th. Time TBD.

-Travel/Dates: Athletes must arrive by 3pm on Wednesday, April 22nd. Practice will be held that night, time and location TBD. Prelims are on Thursday, April 23rd and finals are on April 24th. Teams will have to advance to finals for this event. Do not schedule return flights home until Saturday, April 25th as we do not know what time we will be competing for finals. You may start booking your flights now!

-Lodging: This is a stay and play event which means you must book through team travel source if you are staying in a hotel. We will update here with when our link will be available.

-Cost/Fees: We are working on gathering all fees for this event and will update you with pricing once it is finalized. We hope to have that all ready by February for you!

DYNAMITE AND SMACK: THE SUMMIT *posted 12/18*

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! We are so proud of both of these teams for earning their bid and all their hard work!

-The Summit will be in Orlando, FL at ESPN Wide World of Sports. Competition will run from May 1st-May 3rd.

-Summit Show off at Excite!: Tuesday, April 28th. Time TBD.

-General Information: Both teams have a Wildcard bid to The Summit. This means we will go against other teams with the same bid type for our Day 1 of competition to be ranked against to earn a place in finals. They can still upgrade their bid, but only to a paid bid. This event requires a lot of details and offers a lot of different packages which can be overwhelming. We always try to make things as clear as possible, but always reach out to us if you have any questions!

-Travel/ Dates: Wildcard bid teams must arrive on April 30th by 3pm. At large or paid bids teams must arrive on May 1st by 3pm. Practices will be held the evening you arrive. Time and location TBD. Wild card teams compete on May 1st in Semi-Finals, all other bid types compete on May 2nd for Prelims. Finals will be on May 3rd for all teams. Teams must advance to finals. Do not schedule return flights home until Monday, May 4th as we do not know what we will be competing for Finals. You may start booking your flights now!

-Lodging: Our program typically does the Commuter package which leave you open to book and stay wherever you please! If you’d like to stay on a Disney property, you will do that through your registration. Details on how to do this will be sent out later. Feel free to start booking your lodging!

-Costs/Fees: We are working on gathering all fees for this event and will update you with pricing once it is finalized. We hope to have that all ready by early January for you. We do know that deposits will be due by January 21st and final payments due by February 12th!

ALL STAR: CHOREOGRAPHERS COMING BACK! *posted 12/18*

Our amazing choreographers are coming back the first week in January to help us revamp some sections to be ready for national’s season! Below is the adjusted schedule for that week. You will only come to Sunday 1/4 and your choreography session this week. Sunday 1/11, practices will resume as normal.

Sunday January 4th: All teams will have their regular practice time.

Monday January 5th: Dynamite 11-3pm/ Secret 4-8pm

Tuesday January 6th: 5-9pm Wrath

Wednesday January 7th: 5-9pm Smack

NCA fees are set to be billed on January 15th, below is the pricing.

We will be doing our annual holiday parties the last week before break! We are asking that everyone brings a wrapped gift costing around $15. You do not need to put your child’s name on the gift as we will be playing a fun game to get one! If you happen to forget, the gym will provide one for you and will charge your account $15 so they get to participate.

2. WHAT TO WEAR

*Reminder that all athletes, regardless of age, must wear sports bras underneath clothing. All shirts must be this year’s given practice wear to receive credit for gold stars and smiley awards*
