Tickets:

-Everyone has been billed for one $15 discounted ticket for this event. We will pass these out between 11/10-11/14 at practices.

-Additional tickets are available! We will begin to sell these on Monday 11/10 and will only be sold during business hours from the front office- first come first serve! You will not be able to purchase more than 2 PER FAMILY to keep things fair for everyone. Office hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-6:30pm.

PREMIER PREP AND ALL STAR: FALL BREAK WORK OUT SHEET *posted 11.6.25*

Teams will be required to do a workout sheet while on break. This will include workouts that can be done anywhere and possibly tumble or stunt requirements. We will post here on 11/20 what needs to be done and the instructions!

PREMIER PREP AND ALL STAR: 11/30 PRACTICE TIMES *posted 10/23*

To help give everyone some extra time to travel back after the holidays, we are bumping our practice times back for Sunday 11/30. Reminder that this is a mandatory practice and All-Star athletes will have a $100 fee for missing!

Wrath and Smack will be 2-4:30pm, Dynamite 4:30-6pm, Inspire 4:45-5:30pm, Secret and Shadow 5:30-7pm, Reckless 6-7:30pm and Tremor 6:30-8pm. No Team tumble for Reckless or Tremor this date.

2. WHAT TO WEAR

*Reminder that all athletes, regardless of age, must wear sports bras underneath clothing. All shirts must be this year’s given practice wear to receive credit for gold stars and smiley awards*

*Bows and cheer shoes must be worn to all practices!*

SUNDAY 11/9: White shirt and black shorts. All Star teams wear program sports bra underneath.

4. INSPIRE

Announcements:

-Uniforms do take time to be made and we will pass them out as soon as we receive them! We are currently reaching out to past cheerleaders to hopefully have one for everyone to perform in for this first event!

-Everyone has been billed for one $15 discounted ticket for this event. Please be sure to log on and make this payment. We will pass these out on 11/9 at practice.

White practice shirt, athletic shoes and athletic shorts.

Competition 11/16:

-Times will be posted here on 11/13!

-Athletes will wear full uniform, hair in high ponytail with competition bow. Please have on white athletic shoes or cheer shoes. Reminder that assistant coaches can and will help with hair and make-up!

-Assistant Coaches- Wear this years white practice tank either on top of uniform or with black leggings. Those not competing need to be in white cheer shoes or athletic shoes and hair needs to be pulled back (half up, low or high pony). Light make up should be worn if you are not competing!

5. Half Season Teams: Sparklers and Thrill

Announcements:

-Redline and Bravo waivers were emailed to you on 10/21. Be sure to check your spam folders! If you cannot find these, please email cheer@excitegym.com. Coaches will begin to contact you directly next week if not completed. Please have done by 11/10!

-All athletes were sized for uniform on 10/9 or on 10/16. Uniform will include top, skirt and bow. Be sure to purchase your own cheer shoes! These must be all white. Our suggestion is NFinity Evolutions or something similar. Once they arrive, we will hand them out to you!

-Practice wear and sizes have also been collected. Once these arrive, we will get them out to you!

What to wear:

11/6: Any red, black or white shirts, athletic shorts, hair bow and cheer shoes.

11/13: Any red, black or white shirts, athletic shorts, hair bow and cheer shoes.

-May 1st-3rd: THE SUMMIT in Orlando, FL. Bid required to attend. Dynamite, Wrath and Smack only. Extra practices and show off leading to event TBD.
