Mondays on a Mission

-Starts Monday, September 14, 2026
-Join for four FREE Monday evenings (7:00-8:30) focused on education, awareness, and conversations that can help save lives. From overdose prevention and hands-on Narcan training to breaking stigma and helping parents and youth start important conversations- there’s something valuable to take away each week.
PRACTICE UPDATES
We will have mandatory choreography practice on September 19-20th. Please try to make these times work if at all possible and email in ASAP with any absence requests.

REWARD PROGRAMS STARTING
*Athlete of the week: This season, instead of the oar, one athlete will take home a railroad crossing sign each week to reflect our “All Aboard” theme. This is awarded to someone who stands out through effort, teamwork, work ethic, or growth. We pass the sign out each Saturday; at the end of the season, one athlete per level will be honored with the sign as our Athlete of the Year.
-If your athlete receives the award, take it home, feel free to add something to it, and return it at the next practice so it can be passed on.
-We track recipients to keep things fair, though not everyone is guaranteed to receive it. If your child is curious about how to earn it, we’re happy to talk with them at practice.
*Gold Star: Gold stars are based on criteria like attendance, wearing the correct color for the day, punctuality, and attitude. Athletes can earn one per week, with totals counted at the end of the season. The top gold star winners on each team will receive an award at the banquet. We look for the natural break when deciding these awards, and you don’t need 100% to earn the award.

*Our professional photographers will be here December 14-17th – save the date! Specific level’s schedule will be posted ASAP.
PRACTICE SCHEDULE & DRESS CODE
MONDAY (6:00-7:30) – Wear red Excite! Express shirt
(Firecrackers will receive their practice shirts on Monday 8/10)
WEDNESDAY (6:30-8:00) – Wear black Excite! Logo shirt
All athletes are required to wear a sports bra, regardless of age.
COMPETITION SCHEDULE
We typically receive our meet schedule between August-September. We will post all meet information here as soon as we receive it!
