1. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

WELCOME!

Welcome to Acro team at Excite! We are so happy to have you for our 2026-27 season.

A new hotline will be posted each Thursday by 5:00 PM – we ask that you check it by Friday at noon.

Please use acro@excitegym.com for all team related questions. A coach will get back to you within 24-48 business hours.

Use the absence request form at the bottom of the hotline for any pre-planned absences. Please go ahead and send in any that you know of for the upcoming summer!

As always, if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out. We know joining a new team or program comes with a lot of moving pieces and we are always here to help!

DRESS CODE

We will have practice shirts for team members at In House Camp. Until then, please wear any Excite! Shirt to team practices.

All athletes are required to wear a sports bra, regardless of age.

Please purchase your acro shoes (see the links below – Nfinity Evolution or GK Spotlight in white) by June 1^st.

UNLIMITED PRIVATE LESSONS

Email office@excitegym.com by May 15^th if you’d like to enroll in unlimited privates for the 2026-27 season! A full year commitment is required for the special rate.

Unlimited private lessons are $40/month – this covers your gym fee only. Gym fee is typically $10/ ½ hour, so if you do an hour lesson 1/week, you save $40/month by enrolling in this offer!
