BANQUET – DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
*Please email in any dietary restrictions for you and your gymnast by Monday, December 16th. Send to tammyh@excitegym.com.
PRACTICE UPDATES
*We will be closed for Thanksgiving November 24-30.
*We will be closed for the Holidays from December 18-January 3rd. We will have clinics and open gyms available during this time and encourage team athletes to attend open gyms when they are able. We are in the peak of meet season and want to make sure our bodies are ready for workouts when we return in January! Dates and times of clinics TBA.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS - *New info!*
HOW TO ORDER:
Parents will be able to preorder/pay before the day of photos, so no messy paperwork or waiting in line to order. If you do not order before your Photo Day, our table attendant will guide you to a QR Code to fill out their order form. Orders will close the day photos are taken!!! All photos you purchase will be sent directly to your email address and there are plenty of fun extras you can add on!!

*We will have our professional photographer at the gym to take team photos on Thursday, November 28th! Please make every effort to be at practice on this day to ensure you’re in the team photos!
*What to wear:
Wear your meet day attire (jersey, shoes, and spanks/athletic shorts) with hair down. Light makeup is allowed if desired.
DRESS CODE
Monday: Wear red Excite! Acro shirt
Thursday: Wear black Above & Beyond shirt
(if you just joined and have not received your black Above & Beyond shirt, wear any black shirt on Thursdays, preferably a black Excite! shirt)
*Meet jersey care/washing instructions:
1. Wash in cold water, Lay flat or hang to dry, Use mild detergent, Turn garments inside out, Avoid bleach, Don't iron over the design, Avoid dry cleaning

MEET BILLING
*November 29th: Banquet tickets will be billed for each athlete and one parent per family. ($120)
-Additional parent tickets will be available for purchase closer to our banquet date.
-Adult tickets will be limited to 2 tickets per family, or 4 tickets per split family. Siblings and additional family members are not allowed at banquet due to space in the venue. More information will be provided closer to the banquet.
