1. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
EXPO INFORMATION
Tickets:
*Early bird pricing ends TOMORROW October 10th. After October 10th, tickets will be available at the door for $25.
*Families with athletes who are also in the gymnastics program will need to purchase the cheer/acro ticket. This ticket will also get you into the gymnastics expo.
*Children 5 and under are free!
OCTOBER 29 – COSTUME DAY
Wear your costumes to practice for a fun photo opportunity! We will also be doing spook house during this time – we have 3 different levels of “spookiness” so that the athletes can decide which level they want. The spook house is age appropriate however nobody is required to go. If you would like to opt of your athlete going through the spook house, email acro@excitegym.com.
BREAST CANCER DONATIONS
We are going to be collecting donations through the end of October to donate to Breast Cancer Research. We will be competing between teams to earn little prizes along the way and the overall team winner will get to pie their coaches in the face! Please bring these to team practices and turn into team coaches to collect- not the donation bucket at the front desk.

UNIFORM UPDATE
Jerseys – Jerseys are expected to come in by October 10th - we will pass them out as soon as we receive them.
Shirts – White practice shirts have been passed out to all athletes.
ATTENDANCE EXPECTATIONS
*As we are now into the part of the season where we have a routine and are preparing for meets, it is extremely important that your athlete is at practices on time and for the entirety of the practice. Missing one athlete can make an entire stunt group unable to perform that section of their routine, or an entire pyramid not being able to build. Please communicate any absences in advance with coaches by emailing acro@excitegym.com, and if it a day-of absence due to an emergency or being sick, please text with Coach Caitlin, Coach Mo, and Coach Dane all included in the text. If your child is sick and it’s within 2 weeks of a meet, it might be requested that they attend practice with a mask to watch or partially participate if possible.

DRESS CODE – Important!
It is required for all athletes to wear a sports bra under their shirt, regardless of age.
It is required for all athletes to wear athletic shoes to each practice. Please purchase your acro shoes if you haven’t already so your athlete can start getting used to tumbling and stunting with shoes on! If they don’t have acro shoes yet, they can wear other tennis shoes until their acro shoes come in.

2. BILLING
FINANCIAL CHECKPOINT UPCOMING – November 1st
Per the handbook, all accounts will need to have a zero balance to continue team. We will check balances every 2 months starting in August. Please be sure to plan your financials for these check points.
Accounts must be caught up by November 1st. If you have any questions or concerns, please email office@excitegym.com .
