1. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

RETURNING ATHLETE TRYOUT INFORMATION

As we near the end of the 2023-2024 gymnastics season, we hope to keep our focus on the upcoming state meets and end of year festivities. If you are returning to gym team next season, you will just need to fill out the form below and email it in to gymnastics@excitegym.com by May 13th, and are welcome to send it in prior to that date. The handbook for the new season will be available on or before May 10th. CLICK HERE FOR 2024-2025 TRYOUT FORM *If you are sadly not returning to Excite! gym team next year, we ask that you wait to email in until after our state meet season has ended, and that any emails withdrawing from team are sent on Monday, May 13th. This is so that we can all remain in good spirits and focused on having a fun and positive state meet! *This will serve as your 30-day notice to withdraw from team, and you will not be billed any future fees. Per the gymnastics handbook, during the 30-day paid period your gymnast will not attend any team practices or events.

NEW ATHLETE TRYOUT INFORMATION

*We will have tryouts for new athletes on Saturday, May 18th from 9:00-10:30 am. This is for new athletes only. Current team members do not need to come to this tryout. Please share the date with any family or friends who are interested in team! You will get discounts for next year’s tuition for referrals to team!

3. BILLING

*Charges for Gold USAG Regionals will be posted next week.

4. DRESS CODE

*For dress code, you don’t have to wear a leo that is the specified color. If the color is yellow, but you don’t have a yellow leo, you can wear yellow shorts, a yellow headband, a yellow scrunchie, etc.

*It is mandatory that all gymnasts wear a leo to every practice. Hair must be neatly pulled back, secured out of their face. Tight fitting bar shorts or capris are allowed. Baggy pants and sweatshirts are not permitted.

2024 TRAVEL CAMP

2024 Travel Camp will be June 22-25, 2024. SAVE THE DATE! Travel camp will be required for athletes who are currently levels 3, 4, 5, 6, Silver, Gold, and Platinum (8 or older). *Added to hotline August 31, 2023
