*Lost and found will be donated on Thursday, February 15th. Please look for any lost or missing items.

PRACTICE CHANGES & INTENSIVES SCHEDULE DURING MEET SEASON

*We will not have practice on Wednesday, February 28th. To make up this time, levels, 2, 3, and Bronze will all have extended practices from 4:00-7:00 on February, March 1st.

Saturday Intensives will be cancelled the following weekends due to meet schedules: -February 17th (Metroplex)* -March 16th (Beach Bash) Intensives will be running the weekend of WOGA.

*We have removed Rose City Classic from our USAG meet schedule. All athletes who have specified USAG qualified at the Biles—congratulations!

ALL GOLD & SILVER ATHLETES—PLEASE READ! – USAG STATE INFO

*With the Biles Invitational being a USAG meet, we have decided to let anyone who hit the qualifying score for USAG attend the State meet if they would like. Please email in by February 12th to let us know if you would like to attend. This is not a requirement and completely optional! -SILVER: -Silver USAG state will be in PLANO on March 22-24th. Additional meet fee is $120/athlete. -All Silver athletes who attended the Biles qualified for USAG state. -GOLD: -Gold USAG state will be in CONVERSE, TX on April 12-14th. Additional meet fee is $155/athlete -The following Gold athletes qualified for USAG State: Emory C, Brooklyn, Nicole, Hannah, Mina, Lauren, Natalie, Emery O, Kylie -Golds who attend USAG State will have the opportunity to qualify for USAG Regionals held in Colorado the weekend of May 3-5th.

BEACH BASH VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS

Levels 3, 4, 5, 6, Silver, Gold, and Platinum parents are required to help with our sanctioned meet held at the gym—Beach Bash. CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR YOUR VOLUNTEER TIME Deadline to sign up is February 17th See the tentative meet schedule below. If we get many more entries, volunteer times might slightly vary. Please note—if you choose to sign up for a volunteer time during your athlete’s competition time, there is no guarantee that you will be able to see them competing while you are volunteering. Failure to fulfill your volunteer requirement will result in a $150 fine, per the gymnastics handbook. Anyone who does not sign up for a time slot before the deadline will be assigned a time to work the event. Parent volunteers make this event possible—We thank you in advance for your time! Proceeds from the meet go directly to your kiddos with new equipment for the gymnastics program!

BANQUET INFORMATION

The deadline to purchase extra banquet tickets will be April 2nd. 3. BILLING

*Banquet fees were auto drafted for athletes + one parent on January 31st with February tuition.

*State Meet Fees: TAAF State meet fees and USAG Gold, Platinum, and Level 6 state meet fees will be billed on March 15th, 2024. (Amounts TBA).

4. DRESS CODE

*For dress code, you don’t have to wear a leo that is the specified color. If the color is yellow, but you don’t have a yellow leo, you can wear yellow shorts, a yellow headband, a yellow scrunchie, etc.

*It is mandatory that all gymnasts wear a leo to every practice. Hair must be neatly pulled back, secured out of their face. Tight fitting bar shorts or capris are allowed. Baggy pants and sweatshirts are not permitted.

2024 TRAVEL CAMP

2024 Travel Camp will be June 22-25, 2024. SAVE THE DATE! Travel camp will be required for athletes who are currently levels 3, 4, 5, 6, Silver, Gold, and Platinum (8 or older). *Added to hotline August 31, 2023
