1. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

UPCOMING PRACTICE CHANGES

-Holiday practice schedule: December 28th & 29th: -Levels 1, 2, Bronze: 9:00-11:00 -Levels 3, 4, 5, 6, Silver, Gold, Platinum: 10:00-1:00

-We will not have practice on January 5th due to a staff meeting.

IN HOUSE MEET: January 6, 2024

Parent Meeting: We will have a mandatory parent meeting on January 3rd from 5:30-6:00 to go over parent placements and expectations at the meet. (Levels 1, 2, Bronze ONLY)This meet is REQUIRED for one parent from each family to volunteer (levels 1, 2, and Bronze). Failure to fulfill your volunteer requirement will result in a $150 fine, per the gymnastics handbook. *Gym Team athletes will not be performing at this event! This is for our recreational kids—our version of a “recital” for them. Gym team kiddos won’t be allowed to come with their parents, unless it is to sit in the stands to watch siblings or friends.

BANQUET INFORMATION

The deadline to purchase extra banquet tickets will be April 2nd. KIP CLINIC

*Levels 3, 4, Silver and Gold athletes! We have a kip clinic running on Saturday mornings from 9:30-10:00 before intensives. This is a great opportunity to get some extra work in on those kips! CLICK HERE TO ENROLL

2. MEET SCHEDULES & INFO

**IMPORTANT INFO: For all meets that are at a convention center, please plan adequate time to park (potentially in a garage), walk to the convention center, get through admissions (sometimes a long line), and get into the competition area. More information with which section of the gym each level will be in will be posted closer to each meet.

3. BILLING

*Banquet fees will be auto drafted for athletes + one parent on January 31st with February tuition. Additional parent ticket purchasing information will be posted on future hotlines. (Amounts TBA)

*State Meet Fees: TAAF State meet fees and USAG Gold, Platinum, and Level 6 state meet fees will be billed on March 15th, 2024. (Amounts TBA).

4. DRESS CODE

*For dress code, you don’t have to wear a leo that is the specified color. If the color is yellow, but you don’t have a yellow leo, you can wear yellow shorts, a yellow headband, a yellow scrunchie, etc.

*It is mandatory that all gymnasts wear a leo to every practice. Hair must be neatly pulled back, secured out of their face. Tight fitting bar shorts or capris are allowed.

2024 TRAVEL CAMP

2024 Travel Camp will be June 22-25, 2024. SAVE THE DATE! Travel camp will be required for athletes who are currently levels 3, 4, 5, 6, Silver, Gold, and Platinum (8 or older). *Added to hotline August 31, 2023
