*Lost and found will be donated to CCA on Thursday, November 16th. Please check for any lost or missing items before that date!

DANCE CLASS – WHY DO WE DO IT?

*As many of you may know, our athletes attend a dance class once per week with our incredible dance teacher, Jana Mitchell. When in dance class, Jana works with the girls on various aspects of dance including strengthening exercises for injury prevention, technical breakdowns of jumps, leaps, and turns, along with musicality and movement. For our nutcracker performance on December 8th, Miss Jana has methodically constructed routines for each level so that their Nutcracker dance directly correlates with the skills each level is working on in their routines.

EXCITE! APP – AVAILABLE NOW!

*Our app is now Live!!! We are so excited to announce after lots of hard work from our Marketing Department and a great investment for all. Our app is available for Apple and Android users and is now LIVE and FREE on the App Store and Google Play! The app will make it easier for you to view the hotline, sign up for classes, buy from the proshop, and much more! Before downloading the new app, please delete the old Excite! app as it is no longer working. Download the new app today: Excite Gym and Cheer.

EXCITE GYM TEAM & JM DANCE COMPANY NUTCRACKER PERFORMANCE

*December 8th at 7:00 pm *CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION *This event is mandatory for all athletes. If there is a scheduling conflict with this date and time, please email into gymnastics@ no later than October 30th.

IN HOUSE MEET: January 6, 2024

This meet is REQUIRED for one parent from each family to volunteer (levels 1, 2, and Bronze). Failure to fulfill your volunteer requirement will result in a $150 fine, per the gymnastics handbook. Please save the date now and more information will be posted on future hotlines! Levels 3, 4, 5, 6, Silver, Gold, and Platinum will have their volunteer requirement at Beach Bash held at Excite! on March 15-18, 2024. More info TBA.

3. BILLING

*Banquet fees will be auto drafted for athletes + one parent on January 31st with February tuition. Additional parent ticket purchasing information will be posted on future hotlines. (Amounts TBA)

*State Meet Fees: TAAF State meet fees and USAG Gold, Platinum, and Level 6 state meet fees will be billed on March 15th, 2024. (Amounts TBA).

*Additional USAG Meets: Additional USAG meets will be billed on November 15th.

4. DRESS CODE

*For dress code, you don’t have to wear a leo that is the specified color. If the color is yellow, but you don’t have a yellow leo, you can wear yellow shorts, a yellow headband, a yellow scrunchie, etc.

*It is mandatory that all gymnasts wear a leo to every practice. Hair must be neatly pulled back, secured out of their face. Tight fitting bar shorts or capris are allowed.
