HOLIDAY PRACTICE TIMES

-November:

-Camps and clinics offered: November 20-22 -Regular practices & classes cancelled: November 19-25 -Regular practices & classes resume November 26th

PICK UP INFORMATION

*Waiting in the circle driveway in the gym’s parking lot is not permitted. This blocks a lane of traffic, and that space is a two way street. With our new preschool location, there are plenty of parking spots in our parking lot. Please find a parking spot to wait for your athlete to ensure the safety of all athletes and families at the gym.

EXCITE GYM TEAM & JM DANCE COMPANY NUTCRACKER PERFORMANCE

December 8th at 7:00 pmThis event is mandatory for all athletes. If there is a scheduling conflict with this date and time, please email into gymnastics@ no later than October 30th.

FOOD DRIVE

HAPPY HOUR—PARENTS NIGHT OUT

We are hosting a Happy Hour open gym from 5pm-7pm on December 16th! This costs $5 and is open to anyone in elementary school. This will be at the Main Gym and Pizza will be provided. CLICK HERE TO ENROLL

IN HOUSE MEET: January 6, 2024

NEW INFO: We will have a sign-up available for this event posted on November 30th. Be on the lookout for more information! This meet is REQUIRED for one parent from each family to volunteer (levels 1, 2, and Bronze). Failure to fulfill your volunteer requirement will result in a $150 fine, per the gymnastics handbook. Please save the date now and more information will be posted on future hotlines! *Levels 3, 4, 5, 6, Silver, Gold, and Platinum will have their volunteer requirement at Beach Bash held at Excite! on March 15-18, 2024. More info TBA.

3. BILLING

*Banquet fees will be auto drafted for athletes + one parent on January 31st with February tuition. Additional parent ticket purchasing information will be posted on future hotlines. (Amounts TBA)

*State Meet Fees: TAAF State meet fees and USAG Gold, Platinum, and Level 6 state meet fees will be billed on March 15th, 2024. (Amounts TBA).

*Additional USAG Meets: Additional USAG meets will be billed on November 15th.

4. DRESS CODE

*For dress code, you don’t have to wear a leo that is the specified color. If the color is yellow, but you don’t have a yellow leo, you can wear yellow shorts, a yellow headband, a yellow scrunchie, etc.

*It is mandatory that all gymnasts wear a leo to every practice. Hair must be neatly pulled back, secured out of their face. Tight fitting bar shorts or capris are allowed.

2024 TRAVEL CAMP

2024 Travel Camp will be June 22-25, 2024. SAVE THE DATE! Travel camp will be required for athletes who are currently levels 3, 4, 5, 6, Silver, Gold, and Platinum (8 or older). *Added to hotline August 31, 2023
