ALL TEAMS: FRONT CIRCLE DRIVE This is a friendly reminder that you cannot park in the front circle drive. There are signs in place but we are seeing that parents are still not following them. This is a safety hazard to our kids and other drivers in our parking lot. Please utilize parking spaces to wait until athletes are released. Thank you!!
ELECTRIC: COMPETITION UPDATES We are needing to slightly adjust our competition schedule. Below are the adjustments. We apologize for making these changes after the initial release of our schedule! The program schedule and detailed schedule are both updated in the Attachments sections. 1. We will NOT be attend Spirit Celebration Grand Nationals on December 2nd and 3rd. We WILL be attending the Redline Lonestar Classic on December 3rd. 2. We will NOT be attending the NCA Holiday Classic. We WILL be attending the Redline Winter Showdown on January 13th and 14th (we will only compete on one of these days).
NOVICE: END OF SEASON PARTY We will be having our end of season party on Tuesday, March 26th, 2024. This will be at the Courtyard Marriott in Flower Mound. This is now added to the important dates section.
ALL TEAMS: WEBSITE AND APP UPDATE Over the past month our marketing department has been working hard to build a new website and app! Our constant financial investment and commitment to make life easy for our customers. The website is now live! YAY!! Our app is having some technical difficulties and will be up soon! More information will be coming out soon. Thank you for your patience and support through this transition! -Marketing department!
ALL TEAMS: BAND APP Team BANDs are now closed to where only coaches and team parents can make posts/ comments. This is to ensure that all important information is seen easily and to be sure the correct communication paths are used. Please keep notifications turned on because anything sent will be important! 3. PROSHOP EMBROIDERY: If you would like to get your athletes name on their backpack or warm up jacket, please take them to Flip Dog Sportswear located in our parking lot. They will know what font and color to use for both items. Contact at 972-691-3557. ALL STAR: At this time, ALL uniforms and backpacks have been passed out! Uniform bows will be handed out right before Expo.
PREMIER PREP: All backpacks and warm up jackets were passed out on Tuesday! SPIRIT SALE: Thank you to everyone who ordered from the spirit sale! All items should arrive by expo. VARSITY PRACTICE WEAR: According to the ETA from Varsity, practice wear will not arrive until EXPO. PRO TIP: As you are receiving new items please be sure to LABEL everything with your child’s name!
4. INSPIRE Welcome to Inspire for the 23-24 season!! Thank you being on top of it and checking the first hotline of the season!! Reminders/ Notes: - I, Coach Alison, apologize for the mistakes on the calendar given out this past weekend. Please use the calendar here for this season! CLICK HERE FOR INSPIRE CALENDAR -Upfront Fees are already placed on your Excite account. Please be sure this is paid by Sunday 9.17! If you would like to pay via check or cash: place check or cash in an envelope and label your name, your athletes name, and what all you are paying for. Place the envelope in the small black mailbox by the front office door. Make checks payable to Excite! -Uniform Fees are already placed on your Excite account. Please be sure this is paid by Sunday, 10.1! -Download the BAND app and get your account set up! We will be making the BAND next week. Practice 9.17: 12:45pm-1:30pm -Athletes- wear any athletic clothing and athletic shoes. Please keep away from shorts with zippers and or buttons- we will be stunting! -Assistant Coaches- wear your assigned practice wear for your team practice.

EXPO! -Novice, Prep, Premier Prep, All Star and Inspire October 31st: GYM CLOSED- no practices or classes November 19th-25th: GYM CLOSED- no practices or classes November 12th: COMPETITION- Novice, Premier Prep, Courage and Obsession November 26th: All Star MANDATORY return practice. $100 fine and alternate status if missed! All Star and Premier Prep teams will have a workout requirement to complete over the break. November 30th: -All Star: Travel Fees charged (amount TBD) -Premier Prep: NCA Nationals Fee charged (amount TBD) December 1st: Extra Practice- Premier Prep and All Star. Times TBD. February 29th: Potential Practice- Premier Prep and All Star. You will find out on Wednesday night if your team is practicing this date. February 26th-29th: NO HALF SEASON, NOVICE OR PREP TEAM PRACTICES. This is due to NCA week and those teams needing to come in extra. This was listed in your handbook. March 1st-3rd: NCA NATIONALS! Premier Prep will compete on the 1st. Courage will compete on the 1st and 2nd. Dynamite, Obsession, Fearless and Lady eX will compete on the 2nd and 3rd. March 10th-17th: GYM CLOSED FOR SPRING BREAK. Practices and classes will resume on Monday the 18th. March 22nd: Extra Practice- Novice and Prep. Times TBD. March 23rd: COMPETITION- Novice and Prep March 26th: Novice End of season party!
