PREMIER PREP AND ALL STAR: EXTRA PRACTICE THIS FRIDAY 12.1
We have had posted in the Important Dates to keep Friday, December 1st open for extra practices. Below are the teams and times we will be having practice that day. Athletes can wear any black shirt, black shorts, hair bow and cheer shoes.
Tremor: 5:15pm-6:15pm Dynamite Cancelled
Fearless: 6:15pm-7pm Obsession Cancelled

ALL STAR AND TREMOR: SPIRIT CELEBRATION 12.2-12.3

ALL TEAMS: ATHLETE PICK UP
There is NO PARKING ALLOWED IN OUR FRONT CIRCLE DRIVE. We have placed signs, had staff come out to ask cars to move and have repainted all lines and arrows in the parking lot and yet we are still having issues. If you are waiting for your athlete, you need to park in a designated parking space and not in the circle drive. You may pull through the circle drive when you athlete is out of the door but it is not a holding spot. PLEASE follow the rules and help keep our parking lot safe and as traffic free as possible.
OBSESSION: DROP OFF
We are asking that you drop your athlete off at the side single glass door down the fire lane on Mondays and Wednesdays. This is on the right side of the building past the playground. We hope this will help eliminate some traffic during this time.
ALL TEAMS: HOLIDAY PARTIES
- We will be doing a fun activity and gift exchange for our holiday parties this year! We are asking that all those that want to participate bring a $15-$20 wrapped gift to exchange. We will play a game to see who gets what present so be sure it’s appropriate for all team members!
-Parties will be during their team’s practice time. All practices will run at their regular time this week!

FLYER CLASS- ALL STAR AND PREMIER PREP:
Below are the dates that we will NOT be having flyer class due to competitions:
December 3rd, December 10th, December 17th, January 14th, and January 28th. Weekly workouts will still be due during this time (reminder that is not mandatory for premier prep flyers). Flyer classes will end for the season starting March 1st.
INSPIRE AND ALL-STAR TEAMS: 12.10 PRACTICE
We will be hosting a Acro Meet at our gym this date so we will be cancelling all practices this date.
ALL TEAMS: CCA FOOD DRIVE
The CCA food pantry needs donations! We will be doing a food drive to help them out. This will run from December 1st-Decemeber 9th. Each team that donates at least 2 items per team will receive either a Leaf or an Extra Gold Star/ Smiley. The team with the most food items donated will have a chicken nugget party!!
ALL TEAMS: ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OPEN GYM
We are hosting a Happy Hour open gym from 5pm-7pm on December 16th! This costs $5 and is open to anyone in elementary school! This will be at the Main Gym and Pizza will be provided. Enroll here: https://app.iclasspro.com/portal/excite/camps/13
TREMOR/ DYNAMITE/ FEARLESS AND LADY EX: NCA HOLIDAY CLASSIC INFO
The company has released some information about the event on December 9th.

ALL STAR: END OF SEASON EVENTS
Since our end of season events are mandatory this year, we wanted to get ahead on alerting you of costs. Below are the registration fees for our 2 possible end-of-season events. This only covers your athlete being able to compete and attend the event. You are not being billed for this yet! This is just to help give you a heads up.
-All Star Worlds: $239 if no bid received, $189 if at large bid received, $0 if paid bid received. 1 day/ 2 park pass included to Universal with paid bid only.
-The Summit: $456 if at large bid received, $228 if Partial Paid Bid received, $0 if paid bid received. These are commuter prices, and none include park hopper tickets- this is only to compete and enter ESPN Wide Worlds of Sports.

5. HALF SEASON TEAMS: SPARKLERS AND THRILL
Announcements:
-Team BANDs have been made! If you did not receive an invite or want an additional number added, please email into cheer@excitegym.com and include the phone number you need added.
-Don’t forget that we have choreography coming up on December 8th!
-If you weren’t at the meet and greet, please stop by the front desk to sign 2 team waivers. These are required for your athlete to perform!
-Uniforms and Practice Wear: All items have been ordered and will be passed out to you as soon as they come in! *Reminder that we will want athletes in all white shoes for performances. This will be up to you to purchase. If you want cheer shoes, we suggest the infinity evolutions which can be ordered on Amazon.
What to Wear 11.30 and 12.7:
Any red, black or white based shirt/ athletic shorts/ athletic or cheer shoes/ hair in a high pony tail and hair bow or ribbon.

January 13th or 14th, 2024 - Redline Winter Showdown -Frisco, Texas We will only perform on one of these dates- we will let you know which date as soon as possible.
February 3rd, 2024: DCC Classic at AT&T Stadium
February 8th, 2024 – kid’s celebration and last practice 4pm-5pm Sparklers/ 5pm-6pm Thrill (Edited since team emails were sent)

December 20th-January 2nd: GYM CLOSED- no classes running. There will be camps, clinics and open options during this period.
January 2nd: All Star MANDATORY return practice. EVERY ALL-STAR TEAM WILL PRACTICE THIS DATE! $100 fine and alternate status if missed!
January 12th: Extra Practice- Prep and All Star.
January 13th and 14th: COMPETITION- Half season, Inspire, Prep, Electric and All Star.
January 27th and January 28th: COMPETITION- Premier Prep and All Star
January 31st: Banquet Billing. From Handbook: “You will be charged for 1 athlete and 1 parent ticket per child. Cost will be between $30-$40 each.”
February 3rd: COMPETITION- half season, Inspire, Novice, Prep and Obsession. All other All Star Teams TBD.
February 17th: ALL STAR TRAVEL COMP- Shreveport, LA. All Star only.
February 25th-28th: NCA Week! Premier Prep and All-Star teams will practice every day during this time period.
February 29th: Potential Practice- Premier Prep and All Star. You will find out on Wednesday night if your team is practicing this date.
February 26th-29th: NO HALF SEASON, NOVICE OR PREP TEAM PRACTICES. This is due to NCA week and those teams needing to come in extra. This was listed in your handbook.
March 1st-3rd: NCA NATIONALS! Premier Prep will compete on the 1st. Courage will compete on the 1st and 2nd. Dynamite, Obsession, Fearless and Lady eX will compete on the 2nd and 3rd.
March 10th-17th: GYM CLOSED FOR SPRING BREAK. Practices and classes will resume on Monday the 18th.
March 22nd: Extra Practice- Novice and Prep. Times TBD.
March 23rd: COMPETITION- Novice and Prep
March 26th: Novice End of season party
March 28th: Banquet for Prep, Premier Prep and All Star Teams edited 8.31.23
March 30th: End of season for Novice Teams Novice end of year party TBD
April 11th-14th: Seniors and All-Star coaches in Daytona for College Nationals.
