*Holiday extra practices: -November 20th 9:00-10:00 (mini and youth) -We understand that several of our families travel during the holiday season. Holiday practices are highly recommended for those in town. If you have plans to be out of town on Monday, November 20th, please email acro@ by November 10th to allow coaches to plan accordingly.

HAPPY HOUR—PARENTS NIGHT OUT

We are hosting a Happy Hour open gym from 5pm-7pm on December 16th! This costs $5 and is open to anyone in elementary school! This will be at the Main Gym and Pizza will be provided.  CLICK HERE TO ENROLL 

FOOD DRIVE

We will be doing a food drive between December 1-10 to donate to families in need before the holidays *Any team with two items per athlete will receive a prize *The level with the most items donate will receive another prize! *CLICK HERE TO VIEW AMAZON WISH LIST OF MOST NEEDED FOOD ITEMS

PICK UP INFORMATION

*Waiting in the circle driveway in the gym’s parking lot is not permitted. This blocks a lane of traffic, and that space is a two-way street. With our new preschool location, there is plenty of parking within our parking lot. Please find a parking spot to wait for your athlete to ensure the safety of all athletes and families at the gym.

Acro Meet Location: 2225 Highland Village Rd   Highland Village, TX 75077 Schedule:             Youth: Arrive @ 11:15 am                         Competition starts @ 12:00 pm                         Projected end time: 2:30 pm             Mini: Arrive @ 2:15 pm                         Competition starts @ 3:00 pm                         Projected end time: 4:45 pm

TORCH

-Torch is given out to an athlete each week who stands out throughout practices. If you get the torch, take it home, add something to the torch, and bring it back to the following practice. Just a reminder—the torch is earned and is not guaranteed to go to everyone!

2. BILLING INFORMATION

-Banquet fees will be billed on January 31st for each athlete and one parent. Additional parent tickets will be available prior to the banquet.
