Thank you so much to all the volunteers and the hospitality chairs that
pulled together such a great first ALL gym Holiday party. I didn't stop
to open my gift until today and your kind gift was so unexpected. It's
hard for me to take gifts from you guys I feel so thankful everyday
for my job, your kids, and the kindness and support I am given daily.
But thank you again and I will be sure Kevin and I do something together

interested in college cheerleading info! Anyone else interested may

is the Excite Christmas Party. Please give $3.00 to your Squad Mom by
Monday Dec. 5th These funds will help purchase a gift for Julie and
buy desserts. Dress is casual and the party is for kids only, sorry
no adults. Dinner will be provided and paid for by the Spirit Club.
Remember, coaches gifts are provided by the Spirit Club.
It is an Excite tradition that our cheerleaders donate to a local charity.
The day of the party please bring a baby item. Like diapers, wipes,
or formula to donate to Captain Hopes Kids Charity.

27th mandatory practice times are:
Dynamite, Rockets, Heat & Elite is same time as usual
Extreme: 4:30-6:30
Sparklers: 12:00-2:00
Spirit:12:00-2:00
Wear the zebra shirt and black skort or shorts to this practice. Do
not forget your water bottles.

19 through December 25
Firecrackers:
Wednesday everyone needs to try to sign up for the flip flop clinic after
practice. This is our last practice for a while and everyone needs to
get a good workout.
Sparklers:
Monday the 19th practice at the Zone. You can wear your favorite Christmas
socks to practice this day. We will be closed for break Friday, do your
conditioning sheets this is very important!
Spirit:
Stunt Assist: Everyone.

Practice Tues 20th has been moved to Monday the 19th. Times are still
the same. 7 to 9:30.
No stunt assist this week.
Reminder to attend standing back clinics over the break, there are several
