Excite! Party Zone

Excite! (Gym 1) has become the Party Zone! The new "Zone" will feature birthday parties, slumber parties, lock-ins, scrapbooking events, field trips, etc. If there is a need for a party place, Excite! Party Zone can meet that need! There will be inflatables and even a climbing wall! Come check us out at the Grand Opening - October 2nd, 2:00-5:00 pm! It's gonna ROCK!!!

Sunday Clinics
Power Tumbling 12:30

All Clinics will now be one hour long (except Twisters, which will be 1 1/2 hours.) If only one child attends the clinic, it will be 30 minutes. If two attend, it will be 45 minutes. Three or more will run the full hour. If you are in a cheer class, see your coach to determine which clinic would be best for you.

**LFA Stunt Clinic: 1) must have 4-5 kids per stunt clinic; 2) $25 per stunt group; 3) must register 2 days in advance; 4) must have waiver signed

Clinic Descriptions

Pre Flip Flop
For those who are in Tumble 1 - Clinic will work cartwheels, round offs and back handspring drills. This is for beginners working round offs and learning the first steps of a back handspring.

Beginner Flip Flop
for those who are in Tumble 2. You must be able to do a round off successfully, clinic also works on working back handspring with a spot and back handspring drills.

Intermediate Flip Flop
for those who are in Tumble 2A or ablve. Child must be able to do a back handspring without a spot on some apparatus. Clinic also works working back handsprings, running back handsprings and multiple back handsprings.

Class Pictures

Our own "in-house" photographer will be in classes the week of September 26th through October 1st to take individual class pictures. "Smile Pretty!"


Pre-Dance Combination Classes

For the month of September, please bring a baby doll to class to be used for ballet!

Tuition is now: $55 for a 55 minutes class and $45 for a 45 minute class
